Additional conditions:
1. For the period from 01.09 to 30.06, the price is €25 / 48.90 BGN per bed.
2. For the period from 01.07 to 31.08, the price is as stated in the first table.
3. All prices are per night, without meals, in euros.
4. Each room and bungalow has a refrigerator, cable TV, internet, and air conditioning. All tourists have access to free parking and a playground.
5. The villa village has a restaurant with excellent cuisine at reasonable prices, barbecue, cooked national dishes, where lunch and dinner are provided on a free consumption basis - the restaurant is open daily from 8:00 to 14:30 and from 18:30 to 22:00.
6. At the request of tourists who do not have their own transport, the villa village can arrange for pick-up and drop-off from the airport, railway station, and bus station in Varna to Shkorpilovtsi and back.
7. A deposit of 50% of the price is payable for reservations, either to the specified bank accounts or in cash, after prior confirmation of availability for the desired dates by calling the specified telephone numbers.
8. If a reservation is canceled up to 15 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be refunded.
9. The balance of the price is payable upon check-in.
10. Changes to the dates of stay are allowed in exceptional cases, if there are vacancies.
11. Pets are not allowed in the villa village.
12. It is forbidden to bring electrical appliances into the villa village.
13. Tourists are accommodated after 2:00 p.m., and the bungalows must be vacated by 11:00 a.m.
